Three-Day Surveillance Visit ISO 9001 : 2008 by LRQA, Jakarta
Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance (LRQA) of Jakarta, a certification company of 9001 : 2008 for Quality Management System (QMS) is going to conduct a surveillance assessment of ISO 9001 : 2008 for Quality Management System.
The assessment will be carried out for three days from 11th to 13th January 2010 at PT Swadaya Graha. The assessment is aimed at evaluating and assuring the consistent implementation of the Generic International Management System adopted by PT Swadaya Graha as one of its management system basis.
Twice a year, LRQA conducts its periodic surveillance assessment at PT Swadaya Graha. The assessment is planned to focus on mandatory audits, projects, fabrication shop, and marketing & proposal.
The President Director of PT Swadaya Graha, in a Management Review Meeting held on December 31st, 2009, stated his recommendation that, according to the agenda, project surveillance assessment would be conducted at the project of PT Wilmar Indonesia – Gresik.
